Eligibility to Nominate

1. All nominated spec and contract homes must have been completed between 1 July 2007 and 30 June 2008.
2. All display homes nominated must have been open to the public for all or part of the period between 1 July 2007 and 30 June 2008.
3. All homes nominated must be located at a Delfin Lend Lease project within your region.

4. Builders can nominate more than one home per category and a particular home can be nominated in one or more categories.
5. Award recipients and the location of award winning homes for both the regional and National Grand Masters Awards 2008 will be announced to the public via     press releases to the media and Delfin Lend Lease's promotional material. All winners will also be presented with a framed certificate or trophy and a     winning logo that can be included on your own marketing material and stationery.
6. The nominated home must be available for an inspection by the judges in mid-late August 2008 (exact date to be advised).
7. All nominated homes that are no longer owned by the builder must have the consent of the new home owner/tenant. This will include permission to access     the home in mid-late August 2008 (exact date to be advised). A consent clause on the nomination form must be completed for each nominated home under     private ownership only.
8. All nominations must be received no later than 5.00pm Friday 15 August 2008.
9. Nominees must be available to fly to Las Vegas in January 2009 should they be a winner of a national award. This prize is not redeemable for cash.
10. Dwellings designed by Delfin Lend Lease are not eligible for entry into the Grand Masters Awards.

How to Nominate

All award nominations must be submitted online via this website on or before the closing date - 5.00pm on Friday 15 August 2008;

OR

A nomination form can be downloaded from the website, completed and sent to the Delfin Lend Lease Co-ordinator in your region, on or before the closing date. Please refer to the Contact page for details.

Please ensure you:

1. Complete the relevant nomination form(s) addressing the criteria.
2. Upload copies of floor plans and elevations. (If submitting via a printable form, please attach A3 copies of all supporting documents where possible.)
3. Include all relevant marketing material.
4. Provide a short summary of your company and nominated home suitable for publication should your home be selected as a winner. Please also include     promotional material on your home and company.
5. Ensure you seek the appropriate permission (if required) for Delfin Lend Lease to enter the home for judging purposes.
